Make your special event a wonderful memory for a lifetime

Sunburst Lodge offers the perfect setting for your wedding, family reunion, birthday, anniversary, small group retreat or other special occasion.  Guests at Sunburst Lodge will enjoy comfortable luxurious accommodations in a relaxing atmosphere.

WEDDINGS

To have your wedding at Sunburst Lodge you must reserve all six guest rooms for a minimum of two nights.  Cost $1,650 for 2 nights or $2,335 for

three nights.  Additional overnight guests in the Dreadnaught room are $20 each the first night and $10 each for subsequent nights.

If you wish to have more than one event that brings additional guests to the Lodge, such as a bridal shower, family or rehersal dinner, etc. the event charge for those secondary events will be $10 per person for attendees who are not overnight Lodge guests. 

There will be an event hosting fee of $1,000 for your summer wedding event which includes having up to 100 additional guests attend your wedding ceremony and reception for up to 10 hours between the hours of 2:00 PM and Midnight. 

You may contract with a caterer of your choice to provide a buffet or formal sit down dinner reception for your big event.

Sunburst Lodge does not sell or provide liquor, however you may provide your own bar.

During winter months the bride can descend our staircase to her ceremony that looks out on a mountain winter wonderland with guests assembled by a cheery crackling fire.  Her bouquet can be tossed froim the indoor balcony and guests can enjoy socializing in the sun room and other common rooms of the Lodge.  Maximum number of additional wedding guests we can accommodate during winter months is 35.  The event charge for an indoor winter wedding is $500.

During fair weather months when the main decks and lower patio are used 125 guests can be accommodated.  Seating for the guests on the patio affords an intimate perspective on the wedding ceremony taking place on the lawn.  a spectacular view looking off Casper Mountain at the Wyoming panorama as far as the Big Horn mountains, over 100 miles to the north, is the backdrop for this amazing wedding site.
